Lot's of little things to do - and seems like head gasket will be next big item...

Thanks for getting back to me.
Are you a member of the Porsche Club of QLD?
My car is currently at T&D getting the engine rebuilt and a supercharger fitted.
I am currently working during the week in Brisbane and driving back and forth. Depending on what happens with work, we might be moving back down to Brisbane (which will be easier).

Hi Craig
I got a quote on shipment to Gladstone. Around $250. Not too bad.
Cheers
Ian
PS Hope the supercharging goes well!!

Hi Craig - harness bar and cross bar are held by two bolts each so they can easily be removed in 10-15 minutes.
In terms of freight, I too have no idea. I was certainly hoping someone from Melbourne was interested so that I don't have to think about it!
Cheers

Hi,
Sorry, I should have added more detail, I want to use the harness bar, but also want to be able to easily remove it when not doing a track day so as to be able to use the rear seats.
Thanks,
Craig

Hi,
How hard is it to remove the harness section so that you can use the rear seats? I have a harness bar in place that my mechanic built (after using a different one initially), but you cannot use the rear seats with it in.
As per my profile, I am in Gladstone QLD - so not sure how much freight would be.
Thanks,
Craig

One of the guys on 968 forum took them yesterday. I thought he was the one Flash mentioned. I guess not.

Hello - Flash left me a message regarding your seats. I do indeed need some nicer ones and don't have a huge budget, so free is perfect! But after reading your post I'm sure you don't want to hassle with shipping the seats to Huntington Beach, where I live! It'd probably cost a small fortune for packing and shipping anyway - those things are heavy!

Replacing castor blocks with Elephant Racing units - replacing c/v joint boot today and will replace vario-cam solenoid as soon as extra seals come in.
