This switch abruptly pushed into the face of the dash and out of use.  While I have had a lot of the dash in and out, this location just to the right of the steering wheel doesn't offer any obvious entry way.  I know the panel directly to the right is removable, but don't see how to reach this switch.  Thanks for any help.

Maybe a photo? But I suspect you need to remove the heater panel surround which will reveal the screws you want to get at.
