Wine hauler

Some of you know this already know this, but it seems the Porsche engineers configured the parcel shelf for wine hauling! A case of 12 fits snug.

The coupe was designed by the engineers specifically for maximum wine ( cases ) capacity transport .

LOL - my wife and I are out and about doing wine tasting at some local wineries. When I posted the picture, I told her that someone would reply that the coupe was better suited for wine transport! First reply!

Now now. Everyone knows you drop the back seat down and put in your 3 cases of wine, two golf bags and luggage for the weekend. This talk about whether a coupe or cab is better is wearying. It was decided long ago that the coupe is the better of the two. Please cab people move on. Talk about sanctuary cities or something.

Wait, I thought the convertibles were named after a taxi . :-). Maybe we can name all the 968s after a wine blend : GSM - Grand Sport Motorenwerke ?
