Turn Signal
#1

- Can anyone help me diagnose this problem. My rear passenger turn signal light (only the rear, fronts OK ) does not seem to function unitl driving for about 20 minutes, then all is OK. Relay? bulb? cold?. Did I mention it only happens when it's cold outside.

ground? check the brown ground line, as well as the sockets for corrosion or bad contact

- It's just strange that it happens only when it's cold outside. After 20 or so minutes driving everything is fine the whole day.

You definitely have a contact that as contracted in the cold and expands enough to work after warning up. This may indicate a contact close to a heat source. If it happes to both bulbs I would be checking the commonality of the cct, possibly close to the fuse box as it is in a warming engine bay.

Hmm, i guess it's rear turn signal problem time. My driver's side turn signal is staying illuminated all the time when either the parking lights or the driving lights are on. I changed the fuse and bulb, and it's still illuminated. When i'm driving with the lights off, the turn signal works as it should (in conjunction with the front turn signal).

thanks,
Rene
