I know this is not the correct place to post, but several of the more logical places wouldn't allow me to start a new topic...

 

Tried to ask a couple questions via the "Contact Us" tab in the last week or so and did not get any response.  If the moderator/monitor of that mailbox sees this, please check wherever those messages go.
