I've removed all this stuff before and it took a lot of work with a heat gun and scraper. It sucked frankly. On the interior floor pan, I used a heat gun and then solvent soaked rag to get the final stuff off. About 28 lbs in my 1988 944 TS. See pics. All necessary for a 2400 lb racecar. I doubt I'd bother on anything else.
Don't even ask me about the horrible panel fit of the GT fiberglass...
