Unable to Post to Introductions Section
#1

Hello! Been a long-time 'browsing' member since 2005! My father and I recently acquired a 1993 Grand Prix White 968 coupe and I'd like to introduce myself, but am unable to start a new topic. Can someone please help me?

Thanks!

David

You have to make a few posts before you "graduate" to the next level...start here with a good intro and as people respond and get to know you it will come. Also read the tutorial. Tons of info there. I have been on the boards for a little over a month and I keep referring back to it.

Welcome!

The Introductions section is the one you *should* be able to post to,... not sure why you can't start a new topic, and sorry for the difficulty. Hopefully a moderator will respond soon. And despite the few issues, welcome!

he's already a member, with 64 posts, so there would be no need for an introduction.

but a new thread in the Showroom section, with lots of pics of the car, and better yet a link to a gallery album with even more pics, would be a great "hi - how are you?"

DC,

Regardless of the issues posting a message, congratulations on the purchase and the move from forum member to 968 owner. Whoo Hoo! Hopefully the smile is still on your face each time you go for a drive.

Look forward to some photo's and posts on how much of a great time you are having with the car. All the best with your 968 ownership journey.

Been a few days, still no luck! Thanks to everyone for their replies! Below are a couple teaser pics, I'll let you see more as soon as I can officially introduce myself!

We've been told by Jeff Coe (968 Registry) that this is 1 of only 99 968's in North America with the M030 option, 1 of only 15 in Grand Prix White. It also has LSD, sport seats, 17" cup wheels etc. We've been hunting for the right one for a VERY long time! It's currently in the shop getting some much needed TLC (new belts, seals, rear shocks, etc), can't wait to get it back!!
