What's with the "968 Sport" model designations on all those American 968s in the site Garage?



The Sport was only sold in the UK market. It's a Club Sport (with CS chassis number) with electric windows and comfy seats.



So unless you have the Club Sport features: 17-inch wheels and tweaked suspension; and a "Sport" badge on the back; you don't have a 968 Sport. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/cool.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

Originally there were options for 968 and 968 Coupe and everything else except 968 Sport. I pointed this out to Eric and he changed the 968 designation to 968 Sport since the Coupe was already covered. Therefore everyone who had previously described their Coupes as 968 have suddenly found that they have a 968 Sport! So they need to change their car to a 968 Coupe. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/rolleyes.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/biggrin.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

A few days ago, I looked in the "garage" and found that I had a 968 sport. Since I don't, I changed it.
