Well, after hundreds and hundreds of dollars, my car made it to Destin, Florida. Drove like a champ, with the occasional bursts to 120mph (I do not condone reckless driving, especially on federal highways.. i was just excited to drive my car, finally) I stayed the holiday inn, my family has stayed there for the past 25 years, and it's awesome - Beautiful hotel. We stayed in a second-floor, gulf-front room. Unfortunately, this trip was
supposed to be with my girlfriend, but that ended prior to the trip. In lieu of the girlfriend, I brought my friend Jared.
I definitely needed this vacation to get away from everything here - 8 months post-katrina and everything is still a mess. I'll post some pictures tomorrow - i'm too lazy to photoshop them now and i have to sleep.
Here's me and the car at the florida rest stop.

congratulations
red coupes are pretty swell. . . I like how the tail lights and rear end meld together in a all encompassing redness. . .

To tell the truth, that picture was not staged at all, I promise. i parked my car in a spot... wanted a picture of the car, the plane, and myself. It just worked out like that. Speaking of red coupes.. i need to wash my car.
