Coupe Registry is held by Graham...
Haven't heard from him recently.

There was a guy in canada who visited 968.net who had a rubystone coupe with a tip years ago. I have photos of it. I have no cabs registered in that color. Graham has been keeping a coupe registry and he doesn't have any. I have some coupes as well and only have seen the one in canada.

Here's the canada car. It had been hit on the side and was at a body shop.

I am almost positive I saw a Rubystone Red Coupe here in Northern VA. It was parked in a parking lot at an office building...didn't have time to stop, but it made me do a double take, so I'm pretty sure it was a 968. If I find it again, I'm going to stalk it until the owner shows!

Darryl,
You see everything 968-wise down in your area. Didn't you see a mint green 968 cab once?

Why yes, as a matter of fact I did!!! I know it does sound crazy, but out of the corner of my eye, I saw what looked like a pinkish-purple kinda color. It WAS a 968 coupe - that I'm sure of. The car from my vantage point looked to be a metallic color. I need to look up and see if Rubystone was a solid color or metallic. The pics on this post appear to be solid. If that is the case, then the car I saw may have been a re-paint...odd choice for a re-paint though.

Rubystone is a solid and a 92 only color. If it is a metallic pink then it is the 93 only raspberry. Grab that VIN if you see it again.

OK, then yes...it had to have been the Raspberry metallic. I hope I do see it again...and be able to track it's owner down.
