So what exactly is the difference between the US 968 and the ROW ones? I know of a few ones like turn signal lenses, bumperettes, availablity of the CS and Turbo RS model, and such but what else differentiates them from the US ones?

The tip do not have extra handlings for switching the gears from neutral to park etc. I've red it once in the documentation that the US versions have more restrictions because they don't want te be in court.

The headlamps have replaceable bulbs...The US version must swap the lens as well? because it is one component? This because there are also in pet to options for a left one and right one. for example
944.631.929.00
944.631.927.00
Don't know what the difference is.
I also saw the the last one costs 50 euro more above the incredible price from 315 euros in Germany.

Why in the world would they make/provide 2 different headlight systems....is one better than the other...from any perspective....replacement cost...total assembly....regular light bulb replacement....quality of light....the ability to up grade to a different bulb?

Hi Pipes,
Thanks for joining, and for posting pics of your car. It is very beautiful, but glad it's not mine as I would undoubtedly try to get in on the wrong side every time <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/biggrin.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />
Any history on the car? Are you the original owner? etc.
Regards,
Jay

Another difference between ROW and US models is that the text on the dials is oel stand instead engine oil and we have ABS instead of antilock.
I just noticed it on a photo today from an older topic from Xrad and his fuel guage.

Both. I must have said RoW instead of European. Anyway, my Belgian spec 968 CS has an english dash and reads antilock.
