As a part of the preparation for the upcoming software upgrade, we have been going through the membership. You may have noticed a sudden influx of Introductions. This is due to a housecleaning of Lurkers and old unused memberships.
As a part of that, about 100 emails were sent out in error earlier today. A number of members had inadvertently gotten stuck in the Lurker group, and did not belong there. We apologize for that email. Please ignore it.
The good news is that another 20 spam memberships were found in a 1 by 1 search, and they have been deleted. We also have a number of new friends. Further good news is that those 100 or so people are now in the correct group, have been notified to that effect, and we should see some of them coming back.
Again, we apologize for any confusion and inconvenience. It is a work in progress.
