I believe they are still available - at least they were about a year ago when I replaced mine. IIRC, I got mine from Sunset and the cost was only around $85.

Yea, I would think they would start to get brittle and break readily on a good rock hit. Buy new or make your own. I spent 15.00 on SS mesh and about the same in band-aids <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/wink.png" class="smilie" alt="" />

Yes, add my vote to "just order a new one"......good used ones are extremely rare.
