The Unobtainium is a seller on eBay that sells, among other things, some small parts for our 968's. It appears these are plastic parts made on a 3D printer. I recently ordered a package of pillar screw covers from them. These normally cost about $5 each. The Unobtainium only charged $7.50 plus $7.25 shipping for a pack of five. The covers that arrived were too small. In addition, unlike the originals which are curved on top with an embossed pattern to match the pillars, these were flat across the top without any pattern. I contacted The Unobtainium and they said they would send out the correct screw covers. Instead they sent out covers that were too big. I returned all of them, but The Unobtainium won't refund my money. Buyer beware!
