Hi All,
I am a long time lover of the transaxle Porsches. I owned a 944 Turbo from '95 to 2002 when I upgraded to a 968. These cars were my daily drivers for more than 8 years. This was a time when you could pick them up cheaply because they were unloved :glare:.
I still have the 968 and because of life happening, it has been stored (badly) away for 10 years or so. I have started her regularly and it never failed until i noticed last time oil in the coolant. I thought this might be the oil cooler but after a day spent i now see that the 968 has an external oil cooler. Not sure if there could be still a problem around the area where the 944 internal cooler was.
I can't wait to have her up and running again!
Thanks for letting me on the forum
Pieter
