Got caught today in traffic on the freeway with low fuel.
Made it to the station before empty, but it made me want to ask if our cars
have a low fuel indicator? Mine is a 1992 Coupe.

Mine does, lights up just below "E"

Yes, there is the standard "idiot light" on the guage...I think it illuminates with approx 2 gallons left. I don't have my manual handy, so someone correct me if that's not accurate.

Yup, 2 US gallons or 8 liters per the manual.
