I have loved the Porsche 968 since I first saw it at a motor show at Earl's Court (London) in the early 90s.
Have always wanted one. At first they were too expensive for me, then I needed to buy a home, then had a couple of kids, moved continent, then we needed a van (Honda Odyssey) and a good daily commuter (BMW 5 series). Now though, I'm looking for a good example to fulfill a wish I've had for 17 years! Ideal model would be coupe, 6spd, dark blue metallic. And yes, I would use it for the commute (to San Jose) now and then.
We live in Danville (CA), home to many, many Porsches, but I think a 968 still looks special.
Other hobbies - vintage stereo equipment and cycling.
Look forward to learning more about 968s to help me make a good purchase.

There are plenty of us in the East Bay (and the entire Bay Area) -- though I think you might find that there is a member around here who's also looking for a bluish coupe (but M030/LSD is a requirement, if I recall....)
