Looks like fikse might have gone under.

Guess I'm gonna have some CCW's made when the time comes.

i'm not particularly surprised - i'm certainly not slagging fikse, but they had enough failures and customer complaints that it made it difficult to continue - Will made a great wheel in the right application - i almost bought them, but the car was too heavy for the model - unfortunately too many people exceeded those applications, put them on cars that were either too heavy or on the track, and failures arose - this happens with a lot of wheels though, and is not limited to fikse - the problem was the resources that fikse had were insufficient to manage it

choices are becoming more limited, but there are still quality wheels out there - you just have to balance style against weight against price

kinesis went under a while back

HRE has stayed clear of problems so far and is still around - the only issue was a very old model wheel, in a viper series, and was not supposed to be used there anyway

CCW has also stayed clear of any problems and is still around

It's a shame, I think the "small" wheel companys will have a tough time seeing to
the otherwise of a strong market.

On the other hand, CCW expanded their styles a few years back
giving lots of options and a fairly high quality wheel with good pricing.

I think Fikse parts may be a little harder to find than kinesis.
