So I notice the cap is missing on my washer fluid reservoir, as in - it's visibly not there.

I search and search on the Internet, but nobody has one, just the full reservoir with the cap attached. I order one from Pelican Parts, about three weeks ago. It's still not here. Probably it's being Life-Flighted from Germany as we speak.

Last night as I'm installing the new hood struts, I see the little "dongle" that attaches the cap to the reservoir going down out of sight by the battery. I tug on it.

On the other end, firmly attached, is my washer fluid reservoir cap...

I try not to use Life Flight, they are as bad as UPS <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/biggrin.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

I have some serious karma working today... I just received the following e-mail:

Oh no! Another NLA part we need to add to the list!
The crummy part of it is that this was my first Pelican order, so when they canceled it, they also canceled part number PEL-WELCOME, which is the jelly beans!

Those jelly beans are a great idea. I had my company order something similar for trade shows.
