968 TS/RS Intercooler - RS Barn - 05-18-2005
I'm trying to complete my RS mods. Some were done in Germany and some left incomplete. My front bumper was an original TS large opening. I got the Fitzgerald fiberglass intercooler pieces that were missing from my car. What a pain. Nothing was even close to fitting. I have been cutting and grinding fiberglass for two days. I finally have a great bumper to intercooler fit which is about twice the size of 951 or 968TS original. I will post pictures soon. The full bumper opening is plumbed directly to the intercooler with the hood duct (factory) venting out the heat. I'm sure this will dramatically increase intercooler effiency and underhood temps.
We're getting close.
