Any recommendations of a good 968 mechanic in the Denver area?

Email Chris (ColoradoCab) http://www.968forums.com/index.php?showuser=13 he and his wife are very active in the local PCA and have two 968s. I am sure they can point you to a good mechanic.

What do you need to work on? Have you considered investing in some tools and doing it yourself.

I have spoken with Chris in the past and have been trying to contact Chris without success. I'll give him another try. I think his email might have changed.

As far as doing it myself, I discovered several years ago that we all have our own special gifts and mine do not include the patience to do my own maintenance!

My recommendations are Dave Petitti at Prestige Imports, or if you want to come to Colorado Springs, Bill Schneider at Alpine Mtn Garage. Let me know if you need contact details for either.
