928 c2 turbo 17" wheels - Carl968 - 03-01-2017

Hi Guys:

I noticed on the 928 forum that the '93 928 GTS came with 17" C2 turbo wheels with the same dimensions and offsets as ours require(968) but I cannot find part numbers for the 928 wheels.  The 928 GTS shows fitment for 7.5 x 17 ET65 and 9 x 17 ET55 which is the same as ours for the same wheel (C2 turbo).  Without knowing the part number for the 928 wheels, does anyone know any reason why these will not fit our cars?

Carl

If the offset is correct then there is no reason in the world they shouldn't fit.

Hey thanks Ryan.  It was sort of an obvious question but I guess I just needed reassurance.

Here is a handy site for wheel weights, offsets, and part numbers.

Thanks  MCL ,Yes I know about that site but the is no listing for the 928 fitment.  Come to find out it is the same wheel as ours.

Put that in our collective storage banks for future reference.

Once you know the width and the offset (from the other site) you can use the comparison tool here

to determine if they will fit and how the speedometer will react to the change.
