Looking for a red passenger side rocker panel....ran over a parking lot curbing and cracked mine. Repairable but if there's one out there....937.767.1216.

Larry, you can repair this panel with a kit sold at Pep Boys, Auto zone, etc called "bumper repair kit". It consists of two-part epoxy mix and fiberglass mat to reinforce the damaged area. I did mine and it came out just fine. Good luck, Bob Blackwell.

Thanks. That was my second option. Unfortunately, I'll have to get someone to repaint the panel also. Glad it's just fiberglass and not sheetmetal at least.

Larry, when I repaired mine and went to get estimates on repainting all four pieces it was too expensive for me. ($400 and up). I saw an advertisement for a new shop doing Bedliner Coating on pickup truck beds and got an estimate from them - $64 for all 4 pieces with the guaruntee to repair it free if it ever got a rock chip or came off! Needless to say, my rocker panels are now coated with bedliner coating. Just like paint, it comes in all colors. Good luck, Bob Blackwell.

Considering the abuse they take from stones and such, Bob’s idea IMO is pretty good - as long as the colors match and it’s not too bumpy (like orange peel).

That would change the appearance a bit but it sounds like a good idea. How smooth is the surface?
