Turbo tie rod? for 968 - ken968m030 - 11-03-2007

I found 944,968 'turbo' tie rod in ebay.

it cost about 120 us dollers include two tie rods assy and,two boots.it seems low cost.

Does anyone know about this product? is there any differnce between this one and genuine?

All the tie rods are the same from the 944 series, the only differences are the lenghts when they changed offsets on the 944's in 86.
