Wheel Offsets - TC17 - 04-17-2008

Hi

I am planning on buying some light weight race wheels for my CS which is now fully stripped / race prepared. I am currently running original 17" Cup 1's (Front ET65, Rear ET55) with 7mm shims / spacers. With the spacers fitted I assume I have changed the Offsets to ET58 Fr and ET48 rear...correct ?

I am planning on widening the track front and rear whilst maintaining the offset difference front to rear (10mm).

For racing purposes, what Offsets do you recommend whilst sticking with 17" wheels ?

My camber set up is:

Front: -4 deg

Rear: -2 deg

Any advice / opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Tony

Hi Tony.

You can go to an ET of 50 or maybee a little less [ie et45] on the fronts....

And around the et 47-50 at the rears.

To achieve this youl either have to buy the spacers with the bolts built into them,, OR get a set of longer studs.OR a set of wheels with the et of 50ish....

What wheels are you thinking of getting.??
