I need these 2 items for my Concours shows. If any one has one let me know the pliers are ok any condition as long as I can clean them. The cigerette lighter must be like new with the flame on end perfect. Thanks

I found a cig lighter in like new condition on this forum from a guy building a track car...keep an eye out...it may take a while to find a nice one. Most of the ones you find on eBay won't suit your needs. New ones are about 50 bucks or so. Good luck.

Thanks for the info, I have looked into a used one from parts places but they are always in used condition, which is fine for most general users-mine has never been used, it's just the flame has worn off some from cleaning. Enjoy the ride, Ginger

Are both of these the same as 944 part? If so, should be plentiful and you should be able to pick and choose. Heck, if a 944 plier would do, I'm sure I have a few in the basement....

Yes, I beleive these are the same as the 944 pliers. I have the complete tool kit that came witht he 968 but some how I never got the pliers. I love to concours my car and there is one judge who keeps taking points off because I don't have the pliers. If you have a pair I will buy them from you. Any condition is ok as long as I can clean and shine them. Let me know how much you want, thanks Ginger

I found a NOS cigerette lighter on ebay and brought the cigerette lighter today. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/biggrin.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> I still need the pair of pliers though. I'll keep looking, let me knwo if you hear of a pair for sale
