Wanted: 1993-1995 968 Cab - MickeyD - 11-30-2008

I am looking for a clean 1993-1995 968 Cab in excellent condition. I live in Southern California and have previously owned a 1990 944S2 Cab which I sold about 8 years ago. Criteria for the 968 Cab as follows:

May be manual or Tiptronic

Color preferences: green, silver, black, white or blue. Prefer tan interior but open if it is the right car. No red cars please.

Must be a low mileage car - nothing over 60k, regardless of maintenance records and must be in immaculate condition. No bodywork, rust etc.

Full maintenance history/records are a must also: an original car with no major modifications.

I will pay a fair price for the right car.

I prefer a West coast car if possible. If anyone knows of one for sale please let me know. I can be reached at 805/551-0962.

Yes, I read 93-95 & no red.

HOWEVER, you should seriously consider Jarrod's 1992 968 Cabriolet in Guards Red over Black.

If your primary concern is to find, buy, own and drive an very low mile original "cream puff" 968 Cabriolet, Jarrod's 968 fits the bill to perfection (better than any other 968 available for some time).

Just to further entice you, Jarrod has already done the major belt service and tidied up every little tid-bit of detail work on his Cabriolet.

Thus, the purchase price would be your total cost. The only $$$ you'll be able to spend on this 968 will be gas and insurance.

I have a black with tan interior '94 Cab tiptronic with 63,000 miles on it. In the last 4000 miles, it has had a top overhaul the the flex plate replaced. Great condition.

It was a SoCal LA car that I had trucked to me 3 years ago. If you are interested, I will send more info. It has been garaged with only 4000 miles put on in the last 3 years.
