Passed Smog Test
#1

Woo hoo, didn't even have to pull an all-nighter to pass this test <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> FYI I have the Weltmeister chip and dialed the fuel pressure back to just 2 PSI over stock.

15 MPH HC - meas = 25 (max allowed = 85)

15 MPH NOX - meas = 106 (max allowed = 695)

15 MPH CO% - meas = .01 (max = .50)

25 MPH HC - meas = 13 (max = 50)

25 MPH NOX - meas = 13 (max = 717)

25 MPH CO% - meas = .01 (max = .47)

I was running a 6psi over stock, but it was too easy to dial the thing down as a precaution. Don't want to do this twice. The engine management system is pretty good about trimming the fuel for optimium cruise. Higher PSI just gets you better throttle response and WOT. Conditions that don't play at a smog check.

yeah, i worried about it - that's why i went to pass or don't pay place - but it wasn't a problem - how cool is this?
