for those who are inactive and / or do not lurk on the other forum..

OUCH ! As painful as this is to see, let's hope it was only the car and not any occupants that ended up like this..

thanks Eric, this is what happens when old age kicks in <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/tongue.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> - just can't think clearly any more <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/blink.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

note to self: highlight, copy and paste photos, dummy !

on a side note, had it been equipped with flash's roll bar would the results have been different ? not sure this one turned over, but by the looks of what used to be a windshield, it's a good possibility.. ?

Best case scenario the "chassis brace" will take half of the load that would be on the windshield and both will be able to bear the load without bending.

Worst case scenario the windshield bends back and the "chassis brace" bend forward leaving no where for you.

Until one is involved in a rollover we will not know the outcome.

Dan, just FYI, if you right click on any image on the net, go to properties, copy the source, then come here and put the link between two image tags, it will link to the picture and use the bandwidth of where it lays.

FWIW, whenever our members see something like this, I think it would be beneficial to try to obtain the VIN and pass it along to Jeff. Call me cynical, but I suspect some of these will be resurfacing over the next few years, and it would be nice to know the history.
