Lol, American safety authorities indeed have a way of ruining perfectly beautiful cars. In Europe, front licence plates are always mandatory, but at least Porsche did not have to "design" those American-style bumpers.

That's true - bumpers are pretty ugly and at least there is a way to rid ourselves of the dreaded bumperettes - lol

That's subjective ; I may be going against the grain here but I think our cars look better / more interesting with the bumperettes than without..and I'm also not a fan of the mono-chrome euro style lenses either. Or the splitter for that matter. But that's just me.. :-)
