Noob from Nor Cal
#1

Hello all

Throwing out the first pitch on the ok introduction. Obviously new to the forum, but also new to the 968, which is why I am here. I am looking to familiarize myself with the goodness and not so good of the car. I apologize up front to those who will inevitably yell use the search! as sometimes I get lost as to where to start as there are generally many similar thread on car sites regarding similar topics.

That being said, I am interested in the 968 as I am looking for a fun car that I can take the fam/wife in (or solo) that is fun to drive, looks good, has some exclusivity and is relatively affordable and it seems the 968 fits the bill.

Thanks in advance for all your knowledge (and patience) as I lurk in the forms.

Cheers

If you want to drive over the hill and see if you like how they drive, let me know.

There use to be 5 or 6 968's in the Sacramento area - I know a couple were sold

and as of now I have mine that's been my daily driver for the last 17 years (come this July)

and over 100K personally put on it....Sliver Blt (Roseville area) I believe still has his but it wasn't running

last I heard.

Good-luck in your search

Sam
