Hi all,
I'm in the process of sorting out some issues found during the PPI on a 95 cab. Some problems came up with the top alignment and latching mechanisms. Hopefully they can get sorted out and the cab can share the garage with my 96 C4S. I'm located in Warrington, a northern suburb of Philly. It seems there are several 968s in this area. It will be nice to share experiences and learn from the list knowledge base.
Take care,
Shawn

If you haven't purchased this car yet an its in the area you should take it to RS Barn for a PPI. If the roof is the only issue you should probably make the purchase. In my experience Pete will be able to tell you everything that has, can and will go wrong with your 968, they deal almost exclusively with 968s.
I just finished having some work done at Williams in Langhorne (re-stitched the boot cover), and they did nice work (though I wasn't 100% happy with their communication skills).
Welcome to the 968 community, I hope you'll come and meet us at New Hope Auto Show (see local events).

Nice to see there are several 968s around. The car I'm looking at is in FL. The top issues are getting sorted out at the moment. If all goes well I may be picking it up this weekend and driving it back.

If I'm not picking the car up this weekend, I'll stop by the New Hope show. Since the show is both Sat & Sun, do you know what day the 968s will be there?

Shawn, get the top sorted and you're going to absolutely love the 968 cab. It can't match performance with the $150k 911s, but in terms of enjoyable and dependable fun it really can't be beaten. My '94 just makes me grin every time I fire it up. Don't forget to join the 968 cab register with PCA--they keep track of where these reatively rare cars are and can give you info on others located in your neck of the woods. Have fun.
