I've just purchased a 1994 coupe. About 65k miles with M030 and LSD. This is my second 968. The first was a beautiful cab with about 45k miles that a 16-year old T-boned as I was pulling into my driveway about six years ago. Happily the windshield held up when the car rolled so I survived without injury.

Before the 968, I had a 1988 944 Turbo S E class PCA race car that I used as a PCA instructor. I retired from track events about six years ago but have been thinking about using the new 968 for occasional DEs.

The new car is stock with just an exhaust and chip upgrade. I have to decide whether to leave it stock or start making upgrades. I usually do my own wrenching so it's likely I'll start tinkering.

Welcome. Great find to get a low mileage car, M030 and LSD. Having played a lot in the past, I'm keeping mine stock. At least I think I can . . . I think I can. Not sure which side is going to win the fight. Only time will tell. I'd also like to do some DE days and see if the car is enough fun. My last car that I raced had close to 300 at the wheels and it was a blast. But didn't do some other things as well as the 968. I'm hoping the balance of capabilities will convince me to keep it stock.
