New 968 owner and member
#1

Hello everyone,
My name is Rick Ryhal and I'm proud to say that I recently purchased a 1993 968 coupe. I'm originally from the Pittsburgh area, but now reside in Sarasota, Florida. I also own several 944's, one of which has a 968 engine under the hood. Having always admired the 968, I'm very excited to have found an m030 chassis coupe. It is midnight blue with classic grey interior, code TT. Although it's a little rough around the edges and has high mileage, I'm confident I can bring it up to spec and make it shine. I've listened in on you guys in the past and I have to say thanks for all the valuable information I've picked up from you all.
Hopefully I too can add to the site as everyone here has a wealth of information to offer.

Thanks,
Rick

Welcome!

I wish you had chimed in before last week- my family and I were in the Venice Beach / Englewood area all last week! Would have loved to drop by and say hello!

We went to the Mote Aquarium last Friday - small place but neat nonetheless!

Good thing is, as long as you're still in Sarasota next year, we'll be there too... My in-laws go down there for 1-2 months every year and we visit for a week.

Enjoy the site and can't wait to see pictures...

P.S. Watch out for the otters!!!!!

Thanks Guys,
I'm very excited to be a member. I lived in Venice for five years before moving to Sarasota a little over a year ago. To bad I didn't join earlier Biotechee. We will get together next year when you come down to visit. It's nice to drive on smooth roads, NO POTHOLES.

Rick
