Motochron 968 Speedo Dial Watch
#21

If it had the logo that'd be cool, but it's just 968 on the odometer?

If I persue this, I will encourage them to make it a 968Forums edition with our logo...

These were made up for the 928 crowd, the store owner is a 928 person.

I meant the 968 Porsche script logo... Sorry, but I wouldn't want one with the 968Forums logo on it.

I have a cab, and the 968Forums logo is a coupe.

Just 968 script. Simple and elegant. Notice the red stitching on the black leather band. I have this on a Fortis watch and it is sharp. So who is taking the lead on this? Come on guys, surely we must all need another watch!

Google search on "Personalized Watches" and you'll find them a lot cheaper...

The "Personalzed" watches might be fun as a give away, but not at all what I want.

The 968Forums version was kind oof tongue in cheek, because I don't want to have to be the one to step up on this.

I want one of THESE watches and want to get together an order of 100 so they will make them...is anyone in???

I have one of the 100 Laco Limited Edition 928 watches and it is awesome. I'd be in for a 968 watch at $350 all day long cause the 928 watch cost over twice that much. The 928 community on RL were allowed to help make up the design of the watch, which was cool. It did come with a 2nd leather band, custom case, certificate of numbered authenticity, etc. I also bought the matching Laco metal band, but have not had it put on yet.

Here's the link to the Valencia Time Center, who's owner is the 928 owner that made our watches happen.

I received the Porsche 911 turbo watch for Xmas. It's nice but surely not a 968! Lol being a watch collector it would be a nice addition. Jay what do you think? I understand you have quite an eye for design! Lol

Is this the watch?

I like the Black face, white hands, red second hand. The complications are a bit fussy for me, but overall very nice <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.png" class="smilie" alt="" />

I'm still in, but I would like it to have a "slim design".

I bought a Skagen and two of my co-workers have also bought the "same" watch because they liked the "slim design".

Perhaps we could have the number of guys interested post their interest and the style they like and how much wiggle room style wise and price wise they are willing to tolerate. Don't be shy gents!
