Yup, although not 100% safe, it seems that being outside ( absent a situation where you sit close to someone who is infected and who talks pretty much right in your face ) , or , you’re at an event with lots of people ( also with many of them infected ) all around you in a near shoulder to shoulder scenario, you should be 99% safe. But as the adage goes : YMMV !
