ok so work has progressed a little

 

i have bought a domain name for the site, you can now find it at

Now the first link no longer works. And the new link just brings me to a page that says the domain name has been registered.

I'm still only getting the "1&1 Hosting" page. The one day it worked for me (the link in the first post in this thread) the collection looked great! I immediately bookmarked it. Now I can't find it anymore. This is weird.

I haven't been able to access since the move - on my work PC, iPhone, mac Safari, or mac Firefox. Same hosting page each time. 

 

Waylander - thanks again for making the effort. I'm sure the issues will get ironed out. PM me your email and I'd be happy to PayPal you a little coin to help offset DNS costs.

You get the hosting page when you request a page that is not there


I have moved from a Amazon static S3 host to a Dynamic Amazon EC2 virtual machine


This gives me more flexibility and the option for file uploads


It going to cost me about $10 a month but I have other sites that I might move there too

Huh - still wasn't working after your post this AM (on this side of the pond) - my browsers kept redirecting to that hosting page using the index.htm link - but this afternoon it is now loading on all of my devices.

 

Whatever - site looks great. Good stuff!
