Anyone know the part # for the caps that cover the screws along the inside of the windshield pillars and other places, like the wide trim piece on the underside of the convertible top that runs parallel with the windshield? It is basically just a flat-topped cosmetic cover for screw holes.
I ordered P/N 914 552 233 10 01C (Lining Cap), which is the correct shape, but wouldn't even come close to staying in the hole. I removed one of the ones that was in the car and it is definitely different from what I ordered/received.
Appreciate any help (and a source if you have one).
Thanks,
Greg

These aren't clips, but rather little round plastic caps that are used to hide the screws. I'm also interested in the part number as I have some that are missing. I'm cursed with OCD when it comes to cars, so I'll hunt for them until I find them...

they are different for a coupe and a cab....cabrio part number is 941.504.710.10 and are for the A-pillars and the trim piece across the windshield on the top itself.
Greg, I have a bunch here in Sterling......"01C" is black. Other colors are hard to come by.
If you can make it to the detail day, I'd be happy to get you taken care of.

I called Sunset, but had to get off the phone before Jesse could email me a picture. I'm exchanging emails with him.
The ebay part doesn't look like the one I removed to compare with my wrong ones.
Darryl, I googled the part # you listed and ended up on the AutoAtlanta site. The diagram is the same one I got from Sunset, though he didn't send the pane with the part #s. That looks like a winner.
I don't know if I'm going to get up to detail day. I need to check the family calendar. Appreciate the offer to share. Black is the color I need.
If you are a member of Potomac PCA, the May magazine has a piece in it for a June overnight Dine 'n Drive to Nemacolin Resort and Fallingwater that looks great. Gotta show that to the wife.

Ginger......There are screws covers and hole plugs. Different parts for different applications and as mentioned a few posts back, they are also different for coupes and cabs. All in all, there are three different parts....cab hole plugs, coupe hole plugs, screw covers. A screw cover is a rubbery part that presses over top of an exposed screw head, and the hole plugs are to dress up a hole that provides access to a recessed screws, like on the A-pillar covers.
Greg.....yes, PCA Potomac member, dV advertiser and contributor. Wife is from that area and we'd love to do the Falling Water trip. Not sure of her work schedule as she's retail and does weekends. How many hole plugs do you need?

Darryl,
I see your ad on the page facing the article I mentioned. I got the same part # from Sunset that you said for the cabrio. I'm missing more than I have -- need 7. Looks like I should be able to come up on detail day.
