i know i saw it somewhere but damn if i can search/find it now. The temp lcd light for the out side temp(c or f) is dead can anyone point me to the diy? Thanks

Replacing the bulp is simple and straight forward, but getting to it is the problem. Have a look here http://www.clarks-garage.com/shop-manual/body-24.htm step 4 and 5 will get you to the unit.

Hello all,

my LCD readout is visible when the lights are of but the display goes out when I turn the lights on. Any ideas what causes this?

Te bulb was out in my coupe and IIRC, the display will be dim but visible in daylight, ie, lights off, but will be pretty much non-existent at night, ie, lights on. Your bulb is probably out. Order one up and as mentioned above, follow steps 4 and 5 from the Clarks procedure and you'll be good to go.
