Hello F1 fans,

The Ferrari Store in New York City is looking for talented Formula 1 Racing Fans for Management & Sales positions for their Park Ave Showroom location. If you (or someone you know) are looking for an exciting career opportunity with your favorite car company please prepare your resume and cover letter for either of the following positions.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build customer database and grow sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards at all times
- Handle email inquiries
- Perform store opening and closing procedures
- Ensure an outstanding shopping experience for all customers

Requirements for Managers:
Candidates must have 4-7 years of management experience with an upscale retailer or specialty store and be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the selling and service culture of the store
- Communicating with the buying organization to maximize merchandise assortments
- Cultivating and maintaining customer relations
- Developing and managing sales associates
- Analyzing and supporting sales and profit performance
- Controlling inventory

Requirements for a Sales Associate:
- Some retail experience
- a strong client book of business
- excellent client facing skills
- great organizational and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- are honest, reliable, punctual
- are pro-active, outgoing
- are detail-oriented

I hope the Ferrari store in N.Y. does better than the one in San Francisco ( I fully expect it would..) I pass by that store once a week , in prime shopping time no less , and it always looks like a ghost town .

When I went into the Porsche Design store on Rodeo drive last year they were all over me...

No, I didn't get the GT3 watch, even at 30% off ($3,800)...but I did get the cool Porsche Design pen (Stainless brake line material).
