Sports cars with the engine placed in the middle (generally) just handle better than those with the lump in the front or rear. You know, it's a thing called physics.
Over the years, my 914s have brought lots of smiles, especially considering they're 50 years old now.
My Fieros have had lots more power (stock), AC & more comfort than the 914s,..can't wait until I get around to putting the LS4 and 6 speed in it. The'88 has a better stock suspension and is clearly the better handling sports car than earlier models. Hard to believe it's 34 yrs old now.
The 968 cab is just too darn sexy, even if limited by its engine placement
