Going to have the spoiler resprayed and was wondering the best way to take it off. I looked underneath and I see two screws on either side but was wondering if there are any others more hidden?

IIRC, you need to loosen or remove the center trim piece that holds the high mounted stop light, to access the screws that hold the rear spoiler.

I'm trying to recall if I needed to loosen the side trim pieces to access the spoiler mounting screws... seems like I did, but I was changing one out, so can't say for sure... I do recall that it was fairly straightforward after I "dug" into it! Good luck!
