How much space for uploads?
#1

Hey Eric, how much are we permitted to upload to this site? I've been collecting 968 images and information for over 5 years...I've got TONS! If I could ever get it all organized how much can I upload to share with everyone?

Also, would it be possible to organize the gallery better? I'd like to see albums within albums...for example, the EVENTS gallery. Instead of having all of the Hershey 03 pics in there can we just make an individual album containing all of those pics? I'd like to have 1 gallery for myself as well with multiple albums contained within that rather than multiple albums for various pics like my prev 968, proto-968, etc.

Sorry, I'm not picking it apart I think this site is great so far but I thought of something else. Can there be a more efficient way of posting multiple images to our galleries? Right now I can only post 1 image at a time then I have to drag down > upload, wait for page to load, browse and upload, wait for page to load again, etc.

Thanks.

As of right now I don't think there will be a limit in space. For now... I want everyone to upload there pictures. I had never seen those prototype magazine clipings. I really enjoyed them. The only way to organize the gallery as you pointed out would be through the admin area of the site. I can add catagories and subcatagories. If you PM me with your event I can add a sub catagory. I will try to keep up with the Calendar if the event is posted on the calendar I will have a sub catagory ready for you in advance. Now if you have photos from past events send me a PM and I will create the directory for you to upload. As far as bulk uploading... Not sure on that one.

The sub-categories in the Events gallery are excellent!

I'll organize my pictures and then contact you when I have ideas for sub-categories within my personal gallery. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />
