Hi everyone, doing my initial intro post.     I reside just northwest of Houston, Texas and although I've admired Porsches most of my life (late 80s  928S4 was my "dream car" in my teenage years) I only recently "officially" joined the collective.   I picked up a 2016 Cayenne S as my daily driver earlier this year after 20+ years as "a Ford guy" - I was pretty active in the Taurus SHO community during much of the 90s.    

 

I'm currently "on the market" for a 968 coupe as a weekend / Cars&Coffee / PCA GTG / overall fun car and hope to initially learn more about these interesting cars via the forum here.   Assuming I'm lucky enough to find one, eventually contribute back as I build my knowledge.

 

Looking forward to getting involved with the forum - thanks for maintaining this resource.   I know (from experience) it's absolutely a "labor of love".  :-)

Just wanted to update my intro to state I'm "official" as of today - purchased a 92 coupe.   
 
Apparently I haven't quite reached the point I can embed a pic in a message (or I'm just not able to figure it out after 8 hours driving today), but I've added an initial pic to my gallery here.

Welcome Dave, glad you found what you were looking for. After ten posts you can start to attach photos .... That's strange, I can't find the "attach" icon either, it was previously at the very bottom of the screen and I have previously used it ..... Looking around ...


Dave it looks like it depends on the forum with which you are engaged. When you press "reply options" you will find "enable emoticons" etc to the right and, depending on the forum, the attach options bottom left. I note on this forum the attach options are not available.
