My name is Tom and I live in Toledo, Ohio. I have a 1993 968 coupe. It is Guards Red with a black interior. I use this as my daily drive in the summer. This past winter I installed 928S4 calipers and rotors which really improved the stopping ability.

As for me, I am a member of PCA and do the newsletter for the Maumee Valley Region. I also own a 2004 Boxster along with other cars my wife drives.

I thought that I would add a little more information about my car. I bought it from a seller on E-bay in 1992. Since then I have put on about 70,000 miles. I have enjoyed using my 968 on the track for DE's as well as the daily drive to and from work. Because the paint is begining to look tired, I plan on a repaint this winter.

So, you put your 1993 into the way back machine and bought it in 1992, a year before it was produced on a website auction that didn't exsist at that time???

I put the 1992 date in the message to see if anyone was looking at my posts. (OK so I made a small error). I really purchased the car in 2002 and have enjoyed it ever since. I have no regrets about the purchase.

Except for the upgrade on the brakes I have kept the car stock. It even has the original suspension and exhaust system. My odometer does not work so I do not know the exact mileage but believe it to be somewhere near 150,000.
