Hello from Maryland
#1

Live in Highland, MD. Have a '93 Guards red 968 coupe with tiptronic trans., 59K miles. Always enjoy seeing other 968's on the road. Give a wave if you see me out and about on a sunny day.

Mine is a coupe. I've had it since April 1998. Bought it with 39,000 miles on it. Looked like new. I think it still does.

I don;t mean to be picky but the tradional way to greet Porsches on the road is to flash your lights. On the 968 that means your fog lights flash.

Yup. Common courtesy to return a flash when given. This use to be advertised a lot on PCA and other Porsche related websites and forums. But I don’t see it anymore. So I assume many don’t know the tradition, if I can call it that.

A buddy of mine drove my car through PA to RS Barn and had a couple of boxsters give him the flash. He thought they were criticizing his driving.
