Curious about the heated seats switches on these cars. Ive become very jealous driving my dads Cayman s early in the mornings with its heated seats. With the windows down the heat on and the chilly autumn air theres really nothing as nice as heated seats. Im looking into some Recaro pole position seats with retrofitted heating in them. I wanted to know if it was possible if your car didn't come with the option? Do they sell the switches and has anyone tried something like this? Id love to get some knowledge on this. Thanks!
If you purchase the factory heated seats its as simple as plugging them in and adding the relay in the fuse panel; I believe they have 5 stage heating. All cars are already wired for it, you could get heating in both standard and sport seats.
