Hi everyone, this is Krusty, current owner of a '92 Amazon Green cab (25k miles) and former owner of a black '93 coupe in Tokyo, Japan. I sadly had to let that one go when I moved back to the US in '05 but quickly got a replacement from Raj in NJ (is he still active with 968s?) I used to lurk and very rarely post on the other forum and I occasionally looked in here but I'm really not very social, especially on the interwebs. I've been using the 'net since before it officially existed but all that facebook/twitter stuff leaves me cold and as its gotten more popular I've become more and more of a hermit online (and maybe in real life, too.)
By trade I'm one of those evil finance people you've read all about in the news--actually the worst of the worst, a high frequency trader at a hedge fund. However I must not be very good at it since I seem to be the poorest person in Connecticut and I don't own even one solid gold helicopter. Anyway I only spin the wheels of capitalism (ruining widows and orphans, bankrupting "Main Street", etc.) as a way to pay for my hobbies. These include anything you can do with tools or hands: woodworking, cooking, mechanical maintenance, saltwater fish, beer brewing, boats, you name it. I may be antisocial but I'm not unfriendly and I'm always happy to answer a question about what I do know, and very grateful to those who help me out with their knowledge.
Thanks,
Krusty in Westport
