with my mic, it is about 6 ft back - 2ft or so off to the left or right - pointed at a spot about 2 feet back from the tailpipe

I just had a thought.. what does a stock exhaust sound like with RSB headers? O_o

If you had made it to the 4 Hour last year, you would have heard that combo. I threw the stock cat-back on after my old B&B finally died. The heavy stock mufflers really quiet the sound but it sounded pretty good.
