If you would like me to consult I come cheap! I was fortunate to have a contractor who was not only living vicariously through me but was determined that mine would have all that he forgot to put in his. In fact he just decides we are going to do this and have that! All great ideas that I never would have even thought of. Plus when he got stumped on stuff it became a point of pride to figure out a solution. Mind you this garage has cost so much more than I had figured, but that was my own naiveness!
